Important Tips and Reminders

about 14th International Citrus Congress

1. The shuttles that will arrive from the Adana Airport to Mersin on 5 and 6 November will only be for the participants who have purchased their official congress hotels through the online registration system, and the vehicles are within the limits of the number of people.
2. Likewise, the shuttles that will go from Mersin to Adana Airport on 11-12 November are only for the participants who purchase the official congress hotels through the online registration system, and the vehicles are limited to the number of people.
3. Participants who have purchased accommodation from any agency or online booking agent platform may take advantage of the HAVAS buses that depart from Adana Airport to Mersin for every flights to landed Adana Airport.  Please check the detail on webpage of HAVAS Corporation https://havas.net/en/bus-services  or send an email to adanabus@havas.net or call +90 0850 222 0 487
4. Please carry your name badges with you all the time. Without the name badges you cannot be identified as 14th Citrus Congress Guest.
5. Opening Ceremony is on 7th of November, between 9:00-10:00 at Lemon Room.
6. Welcome Cocktail will take place in Congress Center Exhibition Area on 6th of November, between 18:00 to 21:30. Transfer will be provided from Official Congress Hotels. (Hilton, Divan, Noax, Nobel, Vista and Sultasa Hotel) You are invited to have fun! Dress Code: Smart Casual
7. During the congress, shuttle service will be applied only to official congress hotels (Hilton, Divan, Noax, Nobel, Vista and Sultasa Hotel) at certain times in the morning, noon and evening.
8. Tecnical Tour will be on 9th of November, between 08:30-16:00 Transfer will be provided from Official Congress Hotels. (Hilton, Divan, Noax, Nobel, Vista and Sultasa Hotel) *Please carry your invitations with you, as you can enter only with given special invitation.
9. Gala Dinner will take place at Pedias Concept Event Center  (If the weather conditions are favorable Dinner will be at ouside) on 9th of November, between 19:30-23:30.  Transfer will be provided from Official Congress Hotels. (Hilton, Divan, Noax, Nobel, Vista and Sultasa Hotel) Dress Code: Black Tie
10. Accompany Person City Tour is on 10th of November. Please be ready Congress Center Foyer, Congress Info Desk at 09:30. *Please carry your invitations with you, as you can enter only with given special invitation.
11. If you have any questions, our “Registration Desk” and “Info Desk” team will be happy to assist you. There is also organization team staff around the area, ready to answer your questions.
12. All lunches and coffee breaks will take place at Basement Floor of Congress Center as buffet. Enjoy!
13. You can follow announcements and possible programme changes from Official Mobile Application of Congress.
14. Free wi-fi will be provided.
15. Please hand over your presentations to the technical desk in the relevant session room.
16. Abstract book will be published into the flash disk in your Congress Bag.
17. You can receive your Attendee Certificates from Registration Desk from  10th of November, 10:00 until 11th of November 12:00.
18. The registration desk will be open: 6th of November 14:30 to 18:30 for pre registration before Welcome Cocktail.
